چکیده
Abstract. This study aims to determine the durability of residual strength in Asphalt Concrete – Wearing Course (AC-WC) mixture that uses bottom ash waste as a substitute for fine aggregate. The Marshall Test revealed stability value all variations tested immersion met minimum standard, which was greater than 800 kg, namely 0 hour variation 2170.75 24-hour 2014, 62 48 hours 1938.07 96 1853.45 and 168 obtained is 1747.68 kg. And index at 92.81%, 48-hour 89.33%, while 96-hour 85.38%. 80.51%, so meets standard least 90% variation.

Performance of Copper Slag on Strength and Durability Properties as Partial Replacement of Fine Aggregate in Concrete
concrete occupies unique position among the modern construction materials. Concrete is a material used in building construction, consisting of a hard, chemically inert particulate substance, known as aggregate (usually made for different types of sand and gravel), that is bond by cement and water. Now a days utilization of industrial soil waste or secondary materials has encouraged in construct...
متن کاملStrength Characteristics of Glass Fibre on Bottom Ash Based Concrete
Abstract: Bottom ash is a hazardous by-product from coal based thermal power plants. In this study fine aggregate in concrete mix has been replaced with bottom ash and glass fibre is additionally used to enhance the strength characteristics of concrete. The concrete mix design is done for M30 grade concrete. The mix is prepared for different combinations of 0%, 30%, 40%, 50% and 100% of replace...
متن کاملStrength Appraisal of Artificial Sand as Fine Aggregate in Sfrc
The huge quantity of concrete is consumed by the construction industry all over the world, probably second largest after water. In India, the conventional concrete is produced by using natural sand from riverbeds as fine aggregate. Dwindling sand resources poses the environmental problem and hence government restrictions on sand quarrying resulted in scarcity and significant increase in its cos...

Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) is an appropriate insulating material for high-voltage cables which has been widely used as electrical cable coating. In this study, Crushed XLPE wastes with different volume percentages (25, 50, and 75%) were used in hot mix asphalt (HMA) as a substitute for fine aggregates remained on sieve no. 8 whose size varies from 1.18 to 2.36 mm. The dynamic stiffness (i...
متن کاملPerformance appraisal of industrial waste incineration bottom ash as controlled low-strength material.
Controlled low-strength material (CLSM) is slurry made by mixing sand, cement, ash, and water. It is primarily used as a replacement for soil and structural fillings. This paper presents the findings of a preliminary investigation carried out on the performance of industrial waste incineration bottom ash as CLSM. CLSM mixes were designed using industrial waste incineration bottom ash, and cemen...
